Shipping policy
All orders are processed in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Potential delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 1-2 days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Order cutoff: Orders placed after 11 AM PST will begin processing the following business day.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Grass Nuckles is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods until the claim has been resolved.
Missing or Stolen Shipments
If you didn't receive your order, but the tracking shows it was delivered, please first check around your property and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier.

We can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered.
International Shipping Policy
We offer international shipping! If your region is not available during checkout, please contact us with your delivery address and we will set you up.
